2024 WYL SPRING LACROSSE SCHEDULE

GAMES (3^rd-8^th) will again be on Sundays.

Upcoming Important Dates:

1. March 28th (rain date March 29th) - 2-4PM Skillings
   • We will have an open field with some light instruction for kids to mess around and get some run
   • Coaches of all levels are asked to come by and help us "flip the lax locker" - we will empty the entire locker and organize it for 2025.
   • We will also string as many nets as we can get through in a couple hours
   • WBYL will have CORI forms for our coaches to fill out, as well as some swag for coaches
   • Winchester Lax Hats - You've seen them around, we have a few more that will be on sale on March 28th - we are ordering more once they sell out.
   • Winchester Lax Equipment Bags - We ordered 50 duffles for the program to sell as well.  We will sell these on the 28th at cost.  I expect these to sell like hotcakes too - we will order more.  Hit the Net can get us more in about 2 weeks.
2. March 31-April 4th - 3rd through 8th commence practices, with a slight possibility that the town delays opening grass fields if it monsoons between now and then.  The practice schedule went out on March 13th.  
   • For example - 5th and 6th start Monday the 31st at Manchester Field at 7PM.
3. April 6th - First TPL Games.  The TPL schedule will be posted on our Website this weekend.
4. April 11th - First practice for K-2nd - 5:30 on Skillings Grass
   • Gear will be distributed to first year players starting at 4:30PM on April 11th
5. Spring Break - there is no lax for any grades the first week of April VK - which also happens to be Easter Weekend.  He shall rise.  We do have lax the second weekend and understand folks may still be away.
